Step 1: Documents to provide
We require photocopies of the following documents before we buy your gold. Please include them in your parcel, or send them by email.

Step 2: Prepare your package
1Select an appropriate package
Use a padded envelope (Jiffy bag) or a cardboard postal box depending on the weight and volume of your items.
- Ensure that the weight of your items is not over the maximum weight allowed by your Jiffy bag.
- Pack any sharp object in a hard box for security.
2Include the required documents
Fill your package with your items alongside the copies of the required documents:
- Postal Form
- Proof of ID
- Proof of Address
- Bank Statement

3Close your Package Securely
Ensure that your package is tightly packed and sealed securely for shipment.
It is highly recommended to close your package with special packing tape.
If you use a Jiffy Bag: Apply a strip of packing tape over the adhesive strip of the envelope.
If you use a box: Apply packing tape across all seams on both the top and bottom of your box.
